Above are the only three people involved in the manufacture of all Radice pipes.
From left to right on your screen are Marzio, Luigi (Gigi), and Gianluca Radice.

Here is a glimpse of the Radice family at work in their laboratory, which is located on the ground floor of Gigi's home.

Above Gigi is roughing out a bowl in the Hawkbill shape while Marzio is enlarging the inner diameter of each pipe bowl and Gian Luca is polishing.

From the photos above you may surmise that the workshop space is very small- about the size of a two car garage.

After roughing out the Hawkbill bowl Gigi begins the process of carving- this being in the Underwood finish. And this is the first Radice Hawkbill to be finished as an Underwood.

By no means finished the pipe begins to take on the image of what it will soon become.
